The price is ok, I was expecting the reflective matte to be darker, and the company to bring back some of the sold out products.

Product fairly priced. The shipping leaves much to be desired though, the tracking number isn't telling me where my shipment is right now

Hi Sidney, thank you for your review. We understand that international shipping has its quirks. We use a cost-effective shipping method to keep shipping fees as low as possible. This means that packages are handed over to foreign postal services, and then tracking resumes. Therefore, we rely on their speed and accuracy in tracking.

I got the sunglasses after 4 weeks, a bit longer than I thought but whatever. They look amazing, and it doesn't feel like some cheap plastic. One thing I would say is that the bend on the temple doesn't fit me 100% but still very good :D

Hi Vegard, we are sorry to hear that. The tracking shows that the package was held at customs. It is now cleared for delivery, so it will arrive soon.

We rely on the service of international postal services. It is unfortunate that the package was held this long. We experienced no problems with the tracking code. We will send it again just in case.
