Satisfied with the ordering process, the explanation on the site about what is included and what is not, and the speed of shipping. Less satisfied with the clarity regarding delivery. You receive a tracking code and assume that a courier will deliver the package within a specified timeframe. Shortly after receiving the tracking code, it states on the PostNL website that it is a mailbox package. These are delivered by the mail carrier, but the day is unknown, and the delivery date can change if it is not delivered on the previously indicated day. This does not provide visibility or confidence about when it will actually happen. By the way, I did receive the package "quickly" (in 4 working days), and I am certainly satisfied with the products.

Initially felt a little light and different from what I expected, but trying it outside I liked the look and actually enjoy the light weight feel!

I love the sunglass I got they are exactly what I expected! The matte finish and level of sun protection is great. The only complaint is the packaging they came in. I live in USA and they were shipped in a small cardboard box. I was just nervous they would be broken! Other than that love the product!!
