    The machine that arrived was not a Samsung but a PROline which I note from the VCR shop website is the same price as the Samsung.

    I received the unit on 29/04/2025 and made my return request on 03/05/2025 (4 days later) and you charged me for 2 weeks. In addition, the device did not work properly; I had to restart playback several times to get a stable image.
