Exchanging a wrongly ordered item requires too many (digital) steps. Additionally, the online purchase is not linked to physical purchases in the store (Bergen), making it impossible to easily exchange items in the store.

Very friendly service and cooperation, and everything was arranged super quickly and perfectly when I wanted to exchange something. The collars and other items and accessories are always really beautiful. They are always packaged with a lot of care and extra thoughtfulness. It's always a joy to receive an order.
