Dog with a Mission (DWAM)

The collar has completely different colors than what is shown on the site (shocking neon colors that I received at home). Exchanging it is not an option because I would have to pay the return costs myself. Moreover, the company that was supposed to deliver the collar has extremely, EXTREMELY poor service! Terribly bad! I was home waiting for the package to be delivered. The doorbell rang... I immediately walked to the doorbell (I live in a penthouse) to open the door. The delivery person was already gone! Okay, I don't live in a small place, but it takes me 9 seconds to walk to the doorbell, and that doesn't seem too long to me (?) I received a notification that no one was home! What, I wasn't home? I stayed home specifically for this and pressed the doorbell immediately... I called the company twice, which cost me an extra 2 euros because of the number I had to call. The delivery person came back very irritated and reacted very rudely!!!!! I regularly receive packages via TNT or DHL and have never experienced this before. These people are always friendly and polite, as it should be! No, for me, at this moment, no new items through you anymore... it's a shame because aside from the color and my fault that the collar is too wide (4 cm for a Weimaraner), the collar was absolutely of nice quality. And it was super nicely packaged. Also, the dog treats were a nice touch; my dog immediately recognized them and loved them. So I say: just use TNT or DHL. It's a shame that the colors don't match. I hope you do something about it because you have nice products otherwise.
