Unfortunately, the courier delivered the package to the wrong mailbox (our neighbor's mailbox). Our neighbor is only here sporadically since this is his vacation home... We now don't know when we will see the collar :(

Normally, I buy DWAM products in the store. The first time I placed an online order was quite a while ago. I ordered two collars, one of which I returned because it wasn't what I expected. Both collars came in a fabric pouch (storage pouch). It was very nicely packaged. Recently, I placed another order for two collars, two dog leashes, and a keychain. I had ordered gift wrapping because it is a gift I am giving to someone. However, when I received my order, there was no gift wrapping, and one collar was missing, with a note indicating it would be sent later (though there was no indication of when that would be). This time, I also missed the fabric pouches, and it seemed like the order was just thrown into the box, with everything mixed up. The absence of the gift wrapping and the fabric pouches doesn't bother me too much. I did send an email asking when I could expect the missing collar, and after a few days, I received a response. They apologized for the way the order arrived and informed me that the missing collar is being made and that I can expect it soon.
