Quick processing of the order and delivered nicely packaged. Real attention is given to it. Beautiful quality leather of the leash and harness. I am happy with it, I just expected the leather leash (size L) to be a bit longer.

I made a mistake with the size when ordering. When I called about it, I immediately reached someone on the phone without any waiting time. She helped me very quickly and kindly. And when she heard that it was a gift, she made sure it was wrapped extra beautifully and that there was a nice extra included. Really top-notch service!!!

Very nice products, and questions are answered relatively quickly, although in English. The delivery was made with GLS without the option to return, unfortunately, I only realized this when it became clear that the collar was way too big for my dog. Therefore, I had to handle the return at my own expense with DHL, as there are no GLS shops in our city. Insured shipping back to Holland cost 18 euros. The package was sent back five days ago, and until today, there has been no information that the product has arrived, and the money has not been refunded either. An exchange is not really possible; I am just told to place a new order. Given the prices (70 euros for a collar), I expect more service, such as a simpler exchange process and free returns with various providers. All in all, it’s just frustrating.

The straps are beautiful, but the wider strap doesn't fit our small dog. There is a less wide strap available, but that one is too small. Unfortunately.
