What beautiful collars, real leather, and so nicely finished. Truly classy collars for my two Ragdolls. Fast service, lovely packaging, it makes you happy to see it. A really beautiful packaging chosen with care. I am so satisfied, very good, simply excellent!

Collar 'Indi Moon' for our working Border Collie. Shortly after purchase, a metal plate fell off the collar and the strings broke. I immediately went to the store where I bought the collar, and within a week, I received a new one. The customer-oriented service from DWAM and also from the retailer was particularly good. The fact that I initially received a defective collar does not take away from the fact that they are very beautiful and sturdy collars made of top-quality leather. Now I'm going to choose nice ones for the rest of our pack.

Delivery was great, service was good too, but I am a bit less satisfied with the closure of the dog leash; I would have preferred a sturdier closure for this leash.
