It's really cheeky to charge €14 for a return, especially since a new collar had already been ordered. I have quite a few items from the brand and have never had any problems; they were always accommodating. But now it's over! There are other nice providers out there.
My favorite brand, super quality and mega fun products, the service is always great, and it's always beautifully packaged; unboxing is always a little celebration 🙂.
