The order arrived within 2 days. The dog is happy and we are happy with the car blanket. It is of sturdy quality and has a nice non-slip backing.

Unfortunately, the gold leather on the leash is worn and not nice at all. I contacted customer service via email with photos but never received a response.

Fantastic service. We have been fans of the collars, harnesses, and leashes from DWAM for years. After one of our favorite leashes broke after more than 6 years of heavy use, and it was no longer available online in our preferred thickness, I sent DWAM a message to see if it was still in stock somewhere. And YES! We were lucky. Thank you 100 times for checking. Besides this experience, we remain enthusiastic about the products. We have several collars and leashes, and they still look so beautiful!
