First of all, the product was shipped much later than advertised. And it doesn't work at all. Then to receive a dismissive response saying it must be an issue with your equipment—don't you think that someone wouldn't have tried multiple devices and cables?

Good day, I ordered an OBD cable for my BMW from you (order number 100041878) because I had heard good reviews. I received an email stating that the package had been delivered, but nothing has arrived. I have searched everywhere, asked neighbors and family, and the security of our private property also confirms that there has been no delivery. I have waited for another 4 days, but with no results. Additionally, my account is blocked and I cannot log in. I urgently request that you investigate this issue and provide an appropriate solution, namely tracking the package or refunding my money.

The product does not meet expectations. It was supposed to be a reading connector for Yamaha, which does not fit, and the diagnostic software is poor.
