Good service. A wrong item was sent, and exchanging it was no problem. Even before I had returned the incorrect item, I already received the correct one. Returning the incorrectly delivered item was free of shipping costs. Just a tip to update the photo on the website, as it still shows the bat detector stereo including headphones (earbuds).

The ordered bat microphone was not available for a long time. Had to wait a long time.

I only saw in the last screen that shipping costs were being charged. Not earlier, which meant I couldn't pass these costs on to my client. Additionally, the order was not delivered on the scheduled date.

Very fast delivery and very customer friendly exchange handling (device was broken and they sent out replacement even before getting back the broken device!). Always fast responses by email. Perfect!

Everything worked out great, reliably and at a good price.

Fast delivery, but unfortunately the shipping costs to Austria are quite high, making it difficult to order more frequently.
