Veldshop

My order was lost on the way. I contacted Veldshop and they started to look into it but concluded that it could take several weeks until I would get my order. I had to suggest that they should send another one, which they did. I got my articles four weeks after I placed the order. No compensation was ever brought up. If they want to keep customers, take care of them. It would cost so little to offer 20€ discount on next buy or whatever.

If you simply do what you promised, I think you do an excellent job. Clear, correct, on time, well taken care of! Hats off!

I am satisfied with the order. It's just a bit strange that the book is now cheaper in the webshop. I paid 48 euros and a little bit, and now it is 44.90. Furthermore, it's a beautiful book and good service via phone and email.

Delivery was on time as agreed, and there is a good assortment.

The goods were delivered promptly. Questions I had regarding further orders were answered quickly. Very good service. There is nothing to complain about.
