My order was lost on the way. I contacted Veldshop and they started to look into it but concluded that it could take several weeks until I would get my order. I had to suggest that they should send another one, which they did. I got my articles four weeks after I placed the order. No compensation was ever brought up. If they want to keep customers, take care of them. It would cost so little to offer 20€ discount on next buy or whatever.
