I believe the product is good and I've been taking it for a long time. However, in recent years I've found the customer service to have deteriorated. Orders seem to take longer to process and in the meantime the customer is not kept informed of what's going on. It takes a long time to get a response to an email, or emails are not responded to at all. The website has been the same for a long time and needs updating. For instance, there is still reference on the site to combideals and the Omega 3 product, but this is no longer available.
