No, you can't calibrate the position of your lower jaw. Its a one piece device, your lower jaw can only be aligned inline with your upper front teeth. Package, order and delivery process was good by the way.

The device has cut down snoring significantly but wife says I still make weird noises as I fall asleep. The device is complicated for a layman to fit.
