I was recommended this product after doing a sleep test but turns out to be a terribke product. Followed the instructions to set mould to my mouth and it didn’t work therefore the mouth guard becomes completely useless. I ordered from the UK directly from their website and had to pay additional taxes for the delivery therefore even more disappointed. Instructions are extremely difficult to read, not sure how someone not used to watching YouTube videos would know what to do. I would be very careful when ordering this.

I didnt realise i was buying a product from outside of the UK. Maybe I shouldve looked a little deeper as the delivery price was expensive. However, as the prices are in pounds sterling, and the site has a uk email address, i didnt realise. I think it should be made clearer on the home page. I bought a trial package in addition to the product and have experienced very good, prompt customer service. A refund has been actioned immediately and I look forward to receiving it.
