I didnt realise i was buying a product from outside of the UK. Maybe I shouldve looked a little deeper as the delivery price was expensive. However, as the prices are in pounds sterling, and the site has a uk email address, i didnt realise. I think it should be made clearer on the home page. I bought a trial package in addition to the product and have experienced very good, prompt customer service. A refund has been actioned immediately and I look forward to receiving it.

Had some issues with German Postal Service losing my order sadly, but The staff at SomniShop re-sent a replacement, after me notifying them of problem, at no extra cost to me. The device works greatly, better than my old worn out one from a different supplier of years ago. I sleep so much better now. Full marks.
Quick delivery as always. My 4th purchase and decided to upgrade to SomnoGuard SPX which is a bit different to the others in terms of fitting but seems to reduce my snoring even more than the others I've tried.
