Easy to use, slightly uncomfortable though seems to improve air flow

A very informative website led me to purchase this device. Both that and the reputation of the company were important factors in my decision. I have used the device on two or three occasions now. It is taking time to become accustomed to the MAD but I expected this to happen. Hopefully, over the next few weeks, I will become used to this device. Having tried another bulkier positional snoring backpack I have found this much more comfortable and effective but would recommend the hard foam insert as providing more support and also perhaps buying a size smaller than usual to provide tighter fit and to prevent it moving round the torso when sleeping. I had only ordered the basic shirt with inflatable insert but subsequently ordered the foam insert separately, Both items were promptly delivered.
