Delivered promptly but after following instructions to mould correctly device would not stay in place. With my mouth closed almost impossible to breathe unless you can breathe through your nose all the time. When I opened my mouth to breathe the device would fall out. I have found a much better mandible available for a fraction of the price.

A very informative website led me to purchase this device. Both that and the reputation of the company were important factors in my decision. I have used the device on two or three occasions now. It is taking time to become accustomed to the MAD but I expected this to happen. Hopefully, over the next few weeks, I will become used to this device.
