Whilst to AP2 is working and decreasing my scoring the fit is not tight on the bottom tray despite numerous attemps to mould it via the instructions. During sleeping mybteeth can slip out of the bottom tray causing snoring.

Avoid. Very poor management of a complaint. The mask was supplied the correct size, the harness was supplied too small. I provided photographs and a resized harness was not offered. When I asked how I might avoid ordering the wrong size harness in the future I received the following answer: Hello, Unfortunately we can not answer this question for you. You may have had the standard size, as this is the most common one. However we don't know that. So if you want to order another size, it would be at your own buyers risk in this case.
