    I bought the product on a UK page, now it is in a warehouse that I don't know where it is and it has not arrived and they tell me that I have to pay customs fees. terribly bad service.

    Moulding of the appliance didn't work very well. The mouth pieces just slip out of hold too easily. Otherwise, the Tomed Somnoguard Ap2 has been effective and improved my snoring.
