Returned item unopened and requested full refund only to be told because adhesive label that stuck to the mask packaging meant the goods were damaged and I would not be refunded. JOKE of a company

This device vibrate too strong and too fast. It happened that my husband was waken up over 10 times a night which was a disturbing. The price is not match with it’s performance.

Hello thank you for your message. The intensity of the vibration of the somnipax belt is adjustable. Please try to choose a lower vibration intensity. You can find the detailed instructions on how to do so in the instruction manual in Chapter 7 "How do I use somnipax belt correctly" in the paragraph "Adjust the intensity of vibration".
