You use way too big packages compared to the size of the product. In addition, there is too much plastic used in the packaging.

Sadly I only realised that I could not return the product under the 30 day refund guarantee after it had been opened . I was very upset to find that I had trusted £ 169.95 to this and have lost that money. For people like me who have probably spent a small fortune looking for an aid to their snoring problem and are willing to take the risk to try new products it is very upsetting .
