Little communication on delivery process. Received notifications about delivery in German only. Video instructions for assembly and use were confusing

Their website kept emptying the basket at checkout. Then sent the wrong size. Weren't even willing to pay for return postage. So got a refund and shopped elsewhere.

Product arrived in the UK quickly, instructions followed and I am now officially a non snoring sleeper. Quality of sleep is so much better I believe I was waking myself up. I chose the Somnipax Guard S ... easy to do, time saving too as I didnt need a visit to the dentist which makes life just easier as we are all busy people. Here's to many more snore free nights and better sleeping nights! Love it
