Item wasn’t shipped even though I ordered before the cut off time and paid extra for express shipping. Next working day, order is still showing as unfulfilled and not shipped. Still don’t know when I will receive it. First time using this company and not very impressed! Sent a message and haven’t had a response. Don’t bother with this company!

My order was shipped on Sunday! :)
The delivery was fast. No complains there. however i returned the product for a refund. Did receive an e-mail that the product was received and it will take 2 to 3 working days to process. It is now 2 weeks and still no e-mail that the return is accepted or not. No reaction on my email with the request what the status is. Phone number: answering machine that they are on a event.
