    Made pre-order for items to be released in October. Items were not received until end of December and I received no updates or notifications as to why items were being shipped much later than expected. Excellent carrier once items were shipped.

    14 days for delivery of item in stock is way too long, even in regard of christmas and size/weight of the item. dont state shipping rates that cant be achieved and just indicate the actual time on the website for future clients and everything would be fine.
