2 weeks later and the item still has not shipped, I cancelled the order after the first week when the item seemed to be stuck at customs and then returned to the sender. Despite cancelling the order, they didnt refund me but instead shipped again, the parcel then sat a further week in customs going nowhere!! They ignored my emails requesting the order to be cancelled and never responded until they had shipped again. I understand this is not entirely their fault, its customs, but they should have cancelled when I requested and refunded me. I have since purchased from a company not effected by EU bureaucracy.
