Very attentive customer service.

After payment, I received a very short email stating that the delivery time was 8 to 12 weeks. After those 12 weeks, I received nothing and heard nothing more. I then sent an email to ask when I would receive my magazine. I have since received a response, and I hope that the magazine will arrive in June. It's a pity that a review on Webwinkelkeur was needed for this.

I received my 4 issues of the 12-month subscription to Maja Magazines very irregularly, and after many emails, I finally got refunded for the magazines I hadn’t received. I still believe they should consider finding a safer way to send their issues.

I never received my order! The email exchanges lasted 4 months without ever knowing why I didn't get the magazine! In the end, they refunded me!

Be careful! You will never receive your order nor get your money back!
