Terrible service. I purchased a subscription in December 2025, and as of April 2026, I still haven't received anything. I write to customer care, and they keep making excuses and telling me that the magazine will arrive in a couple of weeks. I'm waiting, but still nothing.

Shipping works very well; just before the end of the annual subscription, you are reminded by email whether you want to renew or let the subscription expire. Very good service, I am very satisfied.
