I've reached out to you multiple times via WhatsApp to let you know that my order was late and your response was that is should reach out to GLS (although email received from your partner states the contrary) your response was there is nothing you can do and that GLS is responsible. Your response was very unprofessional and rude. You later Informed me that my order was lost and that you will refund me without even asking if i would prefer to place a new order. Very disappointing customer service.

For the customer, but also for us. You indicate that you have contacted us via WhatsApp. That is correct and we have responded appropriately. A package that travels such a long distance (Netherlands - Greece) sometimes has no location and is often still delivered. That was not the case with you and we therefore promptly refunded your money. Then you have the choice to order again or leave it at that.
I don't understand what is unprofessional and rude about this. Apologies if it came across that way to you. We understand that it is not a pleasant experience. sorry for that! -
