I placed two small orders at the same time . The faux plants pictured below were not packed properly so arrived in very bad condition, broken and cracked. I asked for a refund and was offered a discount. No sign or response regarding the other order, although I sent a message to customer service yesterday.

Hello Sharon, it is a great pity that you judge us this way. You ordered something in the Netherlands that has to be sent to Ireland. This is not a problem, but it does take a little longer to deliver these packages. Unfortunately, due to an error by our customer, the artificial plants were not properly packaged. We also contacted you about this via email. I responded and helped each time. I also just sent another email and I am reading this review and I think that is a shame. I completely understand that you are disappointed about the condition of the package, but we have also resolved this with you properly. Kind regards, Maria
