    I bought 3 bags of poppy heads on 4th of November 2025 but still haven't received anything. Paid delivery charges. Tracking showed it's delivered but when i called Royal mail, they said it has been sent back to the seller bcoz they didn't clear the customs. Very poor communication as well. Still no refunds as i have asked few times.

    I don’t received my order yet please confirm when I received my order am very curious why you don’t deliver my ordee to home address tell me please is this not good respond by you and very poor courier service why deliver boy not delivered my package
