The freesia order didn't go quite according to plan. Bries aan Zee were very quick to send the flowers but the couriers were very slow to deliver them. On day 5 we complained that the flowers would be dead by the time they arrived. Bries aan Zee did the right thing by saying that they would refund the money, but in fact the flowers arrived later that day & were still in very good condition so no refund required.
