There was a technical error in the address, and I emailed customer support to correct it, but got no reply. The parcel was still sent to the wrong address and ended up at their warehouse, about 45 km from me. I had to go there myself to pick it up. Happy to have the package now, but disappointed with the lack of response and support. While I’m happy to have finally received my order, I hope the customer support and address handling process can be improved for a smoother experience in the future.
