My parcel is not deliver

I recently ordered dry flowers from this website because it promised 1-2 business days for shipping, which was crucial for my timeline as I needed the product urgently for my personal business. Despite choosing this site specifically for its shipping speed , my order arrived in 5-6 business days, significantly impacting my schedule. Upon receiving the flowers, I found the quality to be inconsistent. Half of the glixia bunch retained its beautiful natural color, while the other half was disappointingly yellowish, which makes it unsuitable for my accessory production. This variance in quality further compounded my frustration with this purchase. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. The delayed shipping and the mixed quality of the flowers have not only caused a delay in my own business operations but also led to additional stress and disappointment. I had hoped for a seamless and reliable service, but unfortunately, this was not the case. I would appreciate at least a reimbursement for the shipping fees due to the delay. Regrettably, I will not be ordering from this website again and cannot recommend it based on my experience. Future customers might want to consider other options, especially if timing and quality are critical.

Great service, I recieved exacly what I ordered. The poppy's were good quality, arrived nice and fresh. They were packed with lots of protection against dammage. I would order again from this company 🙂
