Is B2B Flowers BV | MyFlowers.shop trustworthy? Reviews and trustmark

I ordered bouquets of dried flowers, they were not individually packaged and heavy padding was put in to fill the box. This crushed and damaged three out of four bunches of flowers and I cannot now use them for my purpose.

Dear Helen, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you haven't been happy with your order. The items are well packed and it shouldn't be too heavy so that the bouquets break. However, of course it can happen that something breaks during the shipping. Unfortunately we haven't received any e-mail from you regarding this and you haven't answered to my e-mail either. Website is easy to navigate and very informative i.e by recommending the size of vase etc . The products were shipped almost immediately and were delivered from the Netherlands to Ireland within a matter of days.
