Order placed 2 weeks ago, after a week still no shipping, unable to make contact. Eventually got a staff member on the line, they said they would resolve it and refund part of the money and ship what is in stock, unfortunately....... no shipping and no money refunded seen. All staff members are in conversation and then to voicemail... No response to emails. I'm really afraid I might lose 200 euros...

Correct delivery
I have tried to get in touch but haven't received a response. The order remains in processing status. While their site states; ordered by Thursday at 11 AM, shipped on Friday. Meanwhile, we are a week further along. I actually need it for this coming weekend. But I can't get in contact. It doesn't feel right and seems suspicious...
There was a delay with the order, but it was handled very correctly with an extra mini bottle and a follow-up phone call.
