Strange and unpleasant experience. I ordered a bottle of spiced rum from them, and I received an unsealed bottle. I wrote them an email about it, asking for another unopened bottle instead, and they did not want to take any responsibility for the bottle they sent. After a while, I received a phone call from them, and they eventually offered to send someone to my door with a new bottle of rum to swap. An English woman arrived the next day, let herself into my house, and I showed her the bottle they had sent me. Immediately, she started saying, "That's not the bottle we sent you!" I couldn't believe that this was really happening! It made me feel uncomfortable and taken advantage of for a damn bottle of rum. Eventually, she swapped the bottles and left with a weird attitude. I will never buy anything from this website again because this has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had for a €20 bottle of rum!
