Strange and unpleasant experience. I ordered a bottle of spiced rum from them, and I received an unsealed bottle. I wrote them an email about it, asking for another unopened bottle instead, and they did not want to take any responsibility for the bottle they sent. After a while, I received a phone call from them, and they eventually offered to send someone to my door with a new bottle of rum to swap. Hi Cristian, As we mentioned to you, we were very happy to replace the Rum, even offering to pay for the Rum to be returned - or indeed coming to your house in person to replace it. You didn't want this. You wanted another one sent to you while keeping the original one. We have one box of the Rum here, and each has ascending serial numbers. The bottle you said was unsealed had a different serial number. It was not the one we sent to you. We advised that we were going to take this up with the courier, and you responded, "I don't know why you're bothering."
