I havent received my order as of yet. It has been 12 days since i ordered. No very impressed with the sense of urgency.

As far as the urgency: even in these busy times I ship my handmade orders within 1-2 days. As also written on my website: Unfortunately these are also busy times at postal services. Because of December month there are currently more delays. It is also indicated that there are currently delays for your country. I’m sorry for the inconvenience. I have checked your tracking information and your parcel has arrived safely in your country. Die Lieferung war sehr schnell. Im Paket wurden die gekauften Sachen zusätzlich noch mal weihnachtlich eingepackt. Habe mich beim auspacken schon wie an Weihnachten gefühlt. Lieben Dank!
