My order came within 1 week. I have been using it about 5 days. It seems effective. My hair fall reduce a bit for now. Will keep using it and use longer for stable result.

Haven’t received my item ordered over a week ago, no communication from company after sending numerous emails

My order was never sent and after 1 week i had to email them to see if it had been sent and they had to redo the order.

This review isn’t related to the product efficiency. I’ve been emailing you since yesterday, I didn’t leave a platform as well, Sent you messages on fb and Instagram day) and called you on your number (out of service the whole day), and yet didn’t get a reply back from you. Horrible communication, how come you have time to provide all these platforms but you don’t have someone to listen to your costumers and their questions or concerns? My order isn’t complete and missing something, maybe here you will get my message! Hopefully!
