Still waiting for shipment. Takes too long.!!!! Still no idea when will receive

My product came in two boxes the delivery/outside box was unscathed and had no damage but the box that the product came in was damaged. When I opened it both the shampoo and conditioner were loosely tightened and leaking. There is a part inside in the middle that seperates the product that has also been ripped. It was evident that the product had been tampered with. Highly disappointed!

i have been using this product since december, my hair line went in last year(almost bald) i use it morning and evening, 2-3 spray on the front and the shampoo(which i still have) i was able to use 1 spray bottle for about 3 months, i got my 2nd order with the needle roller last month, long story short, i have noticed a very impressive improvement in 3months already so i am going to keep using this.
