Dear Sudip, We sincerely appreciate your feedback and want you to know that we take it very seriously. After reviewing your case, we have identified that a delivery attempt was made in February which was unsuccessful. Subsequently, the package was sent to the local post office for collection, however, as it was not picked up, it was returned to our facilities. To remedy this situation, we have proceeded to send you a new package today. We are committed to ensuring that you receive your order as soon as possible and we are at your disposal at customerservice@neofollics.com for any further inquiries you may have. Sincerely, Team Neofollics

Good delivery. Haven't seen much result yet but I only have a few white hair. Will see if they grow out again after falling out.

Dear Carolyn, Thank you for your review, we take it very seriously. We have checked delivery times and for Canada, the estimated delivery time is between 8 and 14 business days. Remember that our products are made in The Netherlands. Although we have delivered your order in that time, we are working to accelerate our deliveries. Thank you for your purchase and we remain at your disposal at customerservice@neofollics.com. Sincerely, Team Neofollics.
