Was a little long to receive my parcel

I was double charged for shipping and no one responded to my emails. Update: So I was just refunded for the double charge thankfully, but if there was better communication this would be a better experience. I got my items delivered and the shipping was way faster than expected. The products seem great and smell great, but I only used it once so it's too early to tell. Giving extra two stars for the awesome products and fast shipping with no duty fees, but it's a 4 instead of a 5 because of poor customer service.

I bought the anti-grey product. Delivery was quick. I had already bought a stock for 3 months with non results, but I decided to give it another try because I am a "difficult case" and I cannot ask to see my greys disappear in a couple of weeks; this would be just an illusion. I am 50 and started having my first greys at 20. Now most of my hair, I woul say 68% are white, not even grey. I do not demand a miracle, I would be happy if my whites would become a little less white. Let's see. If nothing happens in the next 6 months, I will give up.
