I bought some products but within 2 hours realised that I’m allergic to one ingredient in one product. Unfortunately I was unable to cancel my order & was advised to refuse the parcel or return it. Evri kept trying to redeliver the parcel despite refusing it several times. It took a long time for it to go back & I had to chase the refund. I understand that parcels are dispatched very quickly due to good customer care, but most website allow people to cancel before items are dispatched. If the cancellation was a bit easier I’d have given 5*. Otherwise neofollics was responsive and polite.
