The shampoo has had a negative effect, so I had to stop using it. I noticed that my hair started falling out faster, and it also made my hair too dry, which forced me to switch to a shampoo brand I have been using for a long time, and never had such downsides.

Ich finde die Tabletten gut habe keinerlei Nebenwirkungen. Aber leider ist mir nicht aufgefallen, dass ich weniger graue Haare habe. Die Haare glänzen und sehen gesünder aus aber weniger „grau“ kann ich nicht feststellen. Ich nutze die Tabletten ungefähr seit knapp 3 Monaten. Ich werde die Tabletten weiterhin bestellen, da sie auch gute Vitamine und Mineralstoffe enthalten, aber es ist ein langer Prozess und man muss die Tabletten lange nehmen um vielleicht einen Unterschied zu bemerken.
