Dear, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the shipping costs. Free shipping to Canada is available for orders of €60 or more. After converting your purchase amount to euros, the total was unfortunately below this threshold, which is why shipping was applied. We understand this may have been unexpected, and we appreciate your feedback. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re happy to help. Kind regards, Neofollics Hair Technology

Have seen no improvement yet. The bottle is very annoying to use.

Dear Matin, Thank you so much for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the bottle is difficult to use — it’s a spray bottle, and we haven’t received this comment before. Your input is very valuable to us. It’s also completely normal not to have seen results yet. Using a single product once is usually not enough for optimal results, as hair growth is a gradual process. Typically, users start noticing reduced hair shedding within one to three months, new hair growth around four to six months, and significant improvements in thickness and volume after six or more months of consistent use. If you’d like, our customer care team would be happy to help you create a complete routine tailored to your hair goals to achieve the best possible results. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at customerservice@neofollics.com — we’re always happy to assist. Best regards, Neofollics Hair Technology
