Order took forever to dispatch and was given wrong information about dispatch on order page and no comments from customer services when contacting them, not very good overall

Website store easy to use and combining products in the cart compensate in terms of cost. Products were well packaged and the delivery was done quickly.

Not impressed. It's been 8 days and I still haven't received the order and looking at the tracking information it hasn't even been shipped yet. I had to chase after 3 days as the carrier status was showing they were still waiting for the parcel. 5 days later and it's still not even on it's way. I won't be ordering again
