Neofollics Hair Technology

I just looked up my order, and for some reason the message is that it was turned back at customs. No idea if that was in the EU or in Canada. I did enquire before I ordered about any duties that would need to be paid once the package arrived here, but was told there would be no duties to pay here. I hope someone at Neofollics gets back to me ASAP as I have no idea where my package of products is.

I requested alopecia areata kits (lotion, shampoo,tablets and roller) on july 15 , 2023 but it is showing item delivered on October 20 2022 and not in my shipping address, it is showing other country location. And look at the date of delivery-2022(one year back of purchase date) hell of everything.. this website and product sucks, i guess i shall forget to get my payment back because i knew i m already scammed by this bullshit so called company.
