How would you rate Neofollics Hair Technology?

Disappointed with the official store. I have purchased Neofollics via third party retailer in the past with no issues. First time ordering directly via the website and unfortunately I never received my order. Originally placed on July 02nd. The order was shipped via Evri (who have a bit of a reputation for lost/delayed deliveries). It is now more than two weeks since the order was placed and the tracking has not updated since July 12th when the delivery reached the depot. I understand that courier delays happen and entirely out of the seller’s control however what I’m most disappointed with is the bad customer service experience. I have tried reaching out to Customer Service for a refund (or any support) and have received very little in the way of responses and none acknowledging the issue. The latest response simply advising: “ I think that your package is at the following pickup point“. It seems the agent did not pay attention to the actual tracking information which clearly shows there has been no update since the previous week (and the status has never reached “out for delivery” or “delivered”). Again, disappointed in the poor customer service and certainly enough for me to avoid ordering from Neofollics in the future.

It took rather long to get what I ordered. Now I read the lotion label that I cannot start with the treatment, which should have been on the website all along. Not suitable when pregnant or breastfeeding.
