Due to technical issues with the payment processor that handles payments for Dutch Grow Kits (DGK), my payment did not go through. As a result, DGK was unable to deliver the product on time. However, I was later contacted by DGK by phone, and they provided me with an explanation. They even wanted to accommodate me, which is an incredibly sporting gesture. Thus, DGK has gained a satisfied and returning customer. Thumbs up!
